Hi there!  My name is Kathy Moore, and I live in Portland. I am a mom to twin boys, Christopher and Nathan who are almost 6 years old. They started full day Kindergarten this year, so I am ready to start my business, which I have been knocking around in my head for about 3+ years now.

I am in the beginning stages of developing a Parent Coaching business for parents in the Portland area.  I will specialize in coaching families with typical early childhood (ages 2-7) challenges---learning how to give effective time-outs, manage tantrums, sleep issues, consistent and effective discipline, household structure and organization, etc.  I am really excited about this and look forward to working with young families create a home environment that feels good, and empowers parents.

I am not a memeber of MOB yet, but am looking into it---it looks like a great resource for someone like me to connect with other moms who are working through similiar issues. I love that it's a local Portland resource!
