THE WORKSHOPIf you've already got a Twitter and Facebook business account but want to boost your presence and incorporate more strategy into your daily social media activities, this 201 workshop is for you. Social media is an ever-changing beast and in this workshop, you'll learn about some recent changes to Twitter and upcoming changes to Facebook, how they may affect your business, and how to make the most of those changes. You'll also gain marketing tips for maximizing your social media presence, learn basics of pumping up your visual presence on social media platforms, and walk away with strategy worksheets to keep your marketing on target. Marlynn previously launched the public relations department at The Art Institute of Portland, where she was the Director of Public Relations and the Chairperson of the PR Directors Council for The Art Institutes parent company, Education Management Corporation. She is a longtime journalist, including stints as a freelance writer and as an anchor/reporter for an NBC affiliate in Oregon. She currently is Chief Creative with
